Waterhouse Framing Terms and Conditions

Payment should be made strictly on collection or before delivery.
Payment can be made using cash, debit or credit card or bank transfer. Bank details will be supplied upon request. No cheques unless agreed with Waterhouse Framing. American Express not accepted.
A handwritten receipt is normally given which includes contact details of Waterhouse Framing, a printed receipt can be emailed or posted on request.
Waterhouse Framing is not V.A.T. registered.

Insured Items

Items are insured whilst in the possession of Waterhouse Framing although this is limited. Customers should check that items are insured under their own policy whilst out of the home and away to be worked on.
An agreed valuation should be entered on the job sheet and signed by the customer before work is left with Waterhouse Framing.
Items of high or sentimental value should not be left with Waterhouse Framing. Once the items are measured accurately they can be taken away. Waterhouse Framing can manufacture most framing without the item and then have the item back briefly for assembly into the frame.

Picture Hanging

Waterhouse Framing does not have a picture hanging service. Although advice can be given about picture hanging, Waterhouse Framing cannot be held responsible for any advice given or the suitability of any hanging device supplied.
All pictures supplied with hanging cord or hooks should be periodically checked, ideally every 6 months, for wear or deterioration and to ensure that they are secure.
