It's all about protecting art for future generations. Physical damage, airborne pollutants, acidic materials and UV light all contribute to the gradual degrading of the subject.
At Waterhouse Framing the very latest, Ph neutral tapes, mount boards and UV glazing are used to preserve and protect.
The skilful techniques that are employed, show off artwork, limit damage and are all totally reversible. High quality Conservation grade mount boards are used and when specified, for particularly high value works Museum grades can be used.
